Visual Bookmarking with Fastdial
A neat bookmarking plug-in for Firefox to have a look at is Fastdial. It reminds me of Chrome’s “top sites” thumbnails or Opera’s “speed dial”.
Simply add your top favorite sites to the plugin and Fastdial will visually bookmark them when you open your browser. The easiest way to add sites to Fastdial is by right-clicking on them while your browsing them (or you add them through Fastdial’s dialog). I should mention that you can also customize the thumbnails with your own images and web snapshots.
I made a point of setting it to my homepage so its there every time!
